For standard components with pre-stocked raw steel coils, orders under 500 units ship within 3 to 7 days. For fully customized pallet racking systems, heavy cantilever racks, or multi-tier mezzanines, normal manufacturing timelines range from 7 to 15 days. Our high-volume output capacity allows us to fabricate up to 9 full export containers (approx. 332 CBM) within 15 days.

We routinely supply goods under EXW, FOB, and CIF Incoterms, and can negotiate DDP terms depending on destination logistics. Standard payment terms require a 40% T/T deposit upon engineering sign-off, with the 60% balance payable by T/T before shipping container loading. We also support Credit Card payments and Alibaba Trade Assurance for streamlined procurement security.

We have no mandatory MOQ restriction. However, because ocean freight logistics represent a major portion of total procurement cost, purchasing small quantities under 10 units individually can result in higher freight-per-unit costs. We strongly advise international clients to consolidate orders into Full Container Loads (FCL) or pair small items with existing container shipments.

Yes. OEM and ODM projects comprise a major share of our manufacturing volume. Our structural engineers customize beam spans, upright column profiles, steel gauges, tier heights, and surface coatings to meet your exact pallet weights, material handling equipment dimensions, floor load capacities, and local building safety codes.

Yes, material samples, upright profile cutaways, beam connectors, and steel decking samples are readily available upon request. For heavy industrial rack components, we recommend evaluating raw structural samples via international express freight before proceeding with mass production.

A Main Rack (Starter Bay) is a self-supporting structural unit constructed with 2 complete upright frames and connecting horizontal load beams. An Add-On Rack (Extension Bay) features only 1 upright frame and relies on attaching its beams into the adjacent Main Rack. Utilizing Add-On bays across a continuous racking row significantly cuts structural steel costs while optimizing warehouse floor utilization.

Every racking system dispatched by Rackzzszn Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. includes comprehensive CAD assembly blueprints, load distribution warnings, and step-by-step installation manuals. Our senior engineers provide real-time technical guidance via remote video consultation. For large logistics centers and complex multi-level mezzanine installations, our field technicians can be dispatched on-site to direct your local installation crew.

Racking frames and beams are flat-packed using protective multi-layer air-bubble film, heavy-duty plastic strapping, edge protectors, and wooden or steel pallets. Small hardware, baseplates, and structural bolts are securely organized in heavy wooden crates or steel containers to safeguard against corrosion, shift, or surface scratches during transit.

We provide a comprehensive 3-year to 5-year structural warranty on all industrial warehouse racking, cantilever systems, steel pallets, and mezzanines, provided systems are installed according to engineering guidelines and operated within certified safe working load limits.
